QHHT Session Cancellation Policy

• Refunds
  Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
  

• Late Cancellations
  Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
  

• Rescheduling
  If you reschedule less than 3 days before your appointment, a new deposit of $250 will be required to secure your session.
  

• Late Arrival / No-Show:
  If you arrive more than 30 minutes late or do not attend your session, it will be considered a cancellation without refund.
