Preparing for your session

  • From the moment you schedule an appointment, set the intention to have clear and direct communication with your Higher Self.  Repeat this intention silently or aloud throughout your day, stating, "I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self."  (Note the tense of this sentence, is not “I will have,” it’s “I have.”)

  • To get the most out of your session, please prepare a list of questions about your life that you want answers to, and bring this list with you on a piece of paper either handwritten or printed.

We will have time to cover about 12 questions. If you have more questions, make sure to list them in order of importance so we can get to them time permitting.

The following list of questions will give you an idea of things people typically want to know about, but anything you can think of, you can ask about.

    • What is my life's purpose?

    • Am I on the right path?

    • Which option is best? (when making major decisions)

    • Why do I experience this health/relationship/financial/psychological/etc issue, and what can I do about it?

    • Why did happen?

    • Have I had a past life with [person’s name] before?

    • How should I conduct myself in a certain relationship?

    • Why do I have trouble losing weight?

    • I have had asthma since birth. Why? Can it be healed?

As your facilitator I have my own prepared list of “standard” questions I can ask if you are focused upon only one or two issues, so don’t worry if you have a short list.

  • Refrain from alcohol, substances, caffeine (teas, chocolate, coffee, etc) and any unnecessary drugs/medication the day of the session. For best results, abstain from alcohol a few days or the day before your session. Eat clean, healthy foods the day before. On the day of your session, be sure to have eaten before coming.

Light exercise prior to your appointment, like a long walk, is an excellent way to prepare for a successful session. This is another good time to repeat your intention. We want your body relaxed, but your mind quiet and alert and engaged.
